Marshall Scholarships finance young Americans of high ability to study for a graduate degree in the United Kingdom. Up to 50 scholars are selected each year to study at a U.K. institution in any field of study.

Eligibility
- Must be a U.S. citizen at time of application
- Must have completed undergraduate degree from an accredited U.S. institution before starting U.K. program of study
- Must NOT have studied or hold a degree from a British university, or GSSE, or A levels taken at a U.K. school
- Must apply within 2 years of receiving undergraduate degree
Citizenship
- Only U.S. students may apply

- Applicants need only apply for the scholarship, not their individual graduate programs

- Must have a minimum 3.7, average is higher
BYU application deadline
- The application opens in June
- BYU internal deadlines begin in August
- Candidates must be endorsed by BYU to apply for this award
Scholarship deadline
- The foundation deadline is in late September
